Mineral Make-Up Craze

This stuff has been around for quite a while, but for some reason, this year, everyone has been going crazy for mineral makeup, even myself. It’s so popular that even the top commercial make-up brands are coming out with their own versions of the stuff such as maybelline, cover girl and Loreal. Now you can run into your local walgreens and find it on the first shelf.

I decided to go with one of the orginal mineral make-up creators Bare Escentuals. I know everyone has their own opinions on the stuff, some bad, some good. From my research I think it’s equally liked and disliked. Being the only child in my family that came out with a bad skin gene, it was time to try a make up that might actually help my skin. I decided to buy the starter kit.There’s actually two different ones. One from the Bare Escentual store and one from Sephora. The Gold Bridesmaid Dress

OK…Now im on the search for bridesmaid dresses as if searching for my OWN dress wasn’t hard enough. I’ve decided to go with my original color GOLD, which I’ve realized it’s a very difficult color to find. The style and color are VERY important to me, so finding them both, together is a doozy. Currently, the internet is my best friend. So far my strategy is searching for the gold color, then seeing what type of dresses the designers carry; I believed it has worked very well. I Found “THE ONE”

Well as you all know I’ve been searching for my wedding dress like a mad woman. I have only been to two places and I “liked” the dresses, but their just wasn’t that “love” feeling. I had been searching online to find several styles I am interested in, but when i went to the actual place to “see” the dress they didn’t have it. So i was a little determine to find the collection AND style i was looking for. Agnes(Alex’s wife) suggested i check out some of the dresses at the bridal boutique she bought her dress from, Lorraine Roy. I thought to myself okay I’ll just go try on some more dresses and “like” them, whatever, it’ll be fun. So she set up an appointment for me which was actually yesterday. It was hilarious, she told me the appointment was at 1pm. So, that morning Josh was rushing me and stuff, cause I’m ALWAYS late, when we arrived at Alex’s(Josh’s best friend) house at 1pm, Alex told us that the appointment was at 2:30pm.
